How do I communicate with my developers?
The most common method of communication is Skype and email. However,
you can choose the method of your preference.
What technologies are you working on?
Primarily we are working on Microsoft and PHP based technologies but
there is absolutely no limit. We have a variety of skilled
resources to work on other technologies as well.
How long does the typical hiring process take?
It can take from one day to two weeks depending upon your requirements
and availability of resources with the required skill sets. Usually it takes less than a week.
Are there any extra overhead costs or extra charges?
No.
The resumes of potential candidates have monthly rate clearly listed
and that is exactly what you pay each month.
Any special software requirements may need to be handled on case by case basis.
How do I make a payment?
The resources you hire have their monthly rate mentioned in their resumes.
You need to pay on or before the 25th of every month.
Payments can be made using company check, credit card, account to account transfer,
or wire transfer. Whatever will best suit your needs.
How many work hours per day do I get for the amount I pay?
You will receive 8 hours a day and 5 days a week of dedicated work. We are off on all gazetted holidays.
What would be my role?
Although the resources you hire are capable enough to handle
the project on their own it is advised that you have At least biweekly meetings,
with daily progress reports, to ensure that things are well under control in terms of budget and time.
Who owns the code? Is it protected?
Customers own the code in all cases.
All employees sign a non-disclosure agreement to make sure your code is well protected.
What type of commitment is needed to sign up?
You are free to discontinue our services at any time.
If you feel that you no longer need our services, you can discontinue
the service agreement. However, you need to pay for the period already served, if any.
